For around two months now, Erlebnisberg Kappe has had a new attraction - the Fly-Line Winterberg. During this time, the Fly-Line has already delighted many guests. The flight through the treetops at a speed of around 12 km/h is itself completely relaxed and is therefore suitable for all ages. Instead, the action is provided by the bikers who "shred", as mountain bikers call it, directly below the flight path through the Bikepark Winterberg. One after the other, they race down the Sauerland forests at breakneck speeds. They perform jumps and tricks that you don't normally get to see so quickly. The Fly-Line offers a completely new perspective: while you are leisurely on your way, you can watch the active athletes in Germany's largest Bikepark from a bird's eye view.
That the Fly-Line is something for the whole family is also shown by our guests in their prime. At over 90 years of age, Mrs. Raeggel went on a flight with the attraction and was able to enjoy it to the fullest. Her conclusion: pure fun!
The Fly-Line is not too fast to be wild and yet anything but boring. The view from above of the bikers at Bikepark Winterberg is one of the things that make this experience so special.

You have to do it once, something completely different. You are strapped into a kind of seat belt at the top of the mountain and then glide at about 12 km/h on a track through the forest halfway up the treetops. I've never done anything like that before. The track doesn't go straight down into the valley, but makes curves and swerves, so there's a bit of action to it. The price is relativized, because after the ride you can also enjoy a ride with the chairlift back up the mountain. The leisure tip in Winterberg
The Fly-Line is a combination of relaxation and adventure that is fun and enjoyable for both children and adults. It makes us particularly happy that the Fly-Line flight is so popular with our guests, as it has already become a little crowd-puller here in recent weeks. Because the Fly-Line is suitable for all ages. Kids from the age of 3 can use the Fly-Line. Up to the age of 6, the little ones can fly together in tandem with their parents or grandparents through the treetops of the Sauerland. On a trip to Winterberg with friends, the Fly-Line is ideally also on the program. The leisure program here is pure fun for young and old alike. During your flights, you are separated by around 30 seconds at take-off. Due to the winding route with bends and traffic circles, you will meet again and again between the trees during the ride. After the flight, all Fly-Line Winterberg guests take the chairlift back to the top of the mountain. Who hasn't, who wants to again? The Fly-Line, like all other attractions at Erlebnisberg Kappe , is regularly open until November 3, 2019. However, please note that there may be short-term closures due to weather conditions, e.g. in the event of rain. On our homepage you can see an overview of the current status of all our facilities at Erlebnisberg. After the first weekend in November, the Fly-Line goes into its winter break. our tip: Our Panorama Erlebnis Brücke is open all year round. In addition, Erlebnisberg Kappe becomes a ski area in winter. The Sommerrodelbahn is also open at weekends during the cold season (weather permitting).
